Prices

All prices are listed in SEK and include VAT (25%) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update prices without prior notice. Depending on what currency you're choosing it transfers from SEK. 

 

Payment

We are using Shopify payments and all payments are securely processed through our payment partners.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship within Sweden and to other UN countries.
Delivery time: 2–5 business days within Sweden, 5–10 within the UN. These are only estimated and can be other due to different circumstances. 
Shipping fee depends on destination. It's displayed at checkout. Local import costs may occur. 
Delivery is in first had directly to your mailbox. 

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days in accordance with UN consumer law. The withdrawal period begins when you receive the goods.
You are responsible for the return shipping cost. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Please contact us before returning any items.

Returns & Complaints

If your product is defective or damaged, please contact us at info@tamybag.com within 14 days of delivery.
We follow the guidelines of the Swedish Consumer Agency regarding complaints and compensation.
